If any malfunction is caused by quality related problems within one year from the date of purchase, the product can be repaired for free or returned to 3A.The following item will not be involved in the warranty:
- The malfunction is caused by misuse, negligence or accidents.
- The 3A Medical’s original serial number label or product identification marks have been altered or removed.
- The equipment’s have been modified or repaired by any other person who is not staff of 3A Medical.
- Products not produced by 3A Medical.
- Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to 3A Medical for service (this includes custom charges). 3A Medical is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from 3A Medical to the customer.
- After Warranty:
The customer is responsible for freight, insurance and any other charges to returned product.
The returning thing must be well packed before returning. If a whole machine is returned, it must be packed in the original package.
The serial number must be marked on the outside of the parcel, and brief description for returning reason must be sent together with returning thing.
3A Medical will provide the customers with free training service in Dubai/Canada. The traffic and accommodation charge will be on the customer’s account.
Also, 3A Medical will provide free technical support online, via e-mail, fax or telephone at any moment.
